Performance features: This machine adopts high-strength light bars to fix the upper crossbeam and workbench, forming a highly rigid structural framework. Using servo motor drive, the moving crossbeam is driven up and down by the transmission mechanism to achieve the operation of the testing machine. This machine can be equipped with manual fixtures and hydraulic fixtures. The hydraulic stretching fixture is fixed by a piston rod and clamped by translational clamping of the jaws, which minimizes the axial force on the specimen during the clamping process. At the same time, during the experiment, the clamping force on the sample remained unchanged, avoiding slippage of the sample. The jaw adopts an embedded block method, which makes the replacement of the jaw simple and convenient, and improves work efficiency.

Control transmission system
Adopting imported fully digital AC servers, we control high-precision and high response frequency AC servo motors to ensure high efficiency, low noise, and smooth transmission of the transmission system. We also guarantee that the relative error limit of the speed indication is within ± 0.20%.

Equipped with the Windows system LAB Test intelligent software package in both Chinese and English for testing machines, it can measure the physical properties of various materials according to national standards, international standards, or user provided standards, and perform statistical processing and judgment on test data, and then output test reports and characteristic curve diagrams in various required formats.
